Weather was amazing, although it was 80 degrees the pool was closed :) the whole place needs a redo. The cleaning staff was very friendly, I wouldn’t say the same with the front desk personnel.

An average hotel. A building or former hotel next door had been torn down so it was necessary to walk past a weedy vacant lot to get to the street and restaurants. Decent Ruby Tuesday's across the street. I was unable to connect to the internet.

This hotel is a little tricky to find once you get off the Interstate, but it's clean, comfortable and pleasant once you do. The staff was very hospitable, the room was good, the breakfast was very nice. A good place to spend the night.

This is a complaint with hotels.com. We never stayed at this hotel. We booked by accident. It was during Hurricane Helene and we were driving south. I cancelled directly through the hotel and they said no problem hotels.com would issue a refund. They are refusing to give us a refund. Awful.
