The cleanliness of the room was not the best but it was more in cracks/corners and behind doors. Just needed a deep clean. Hot tub was down but pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were great and staff was friendly.

Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI booked this hotel because it was midway between the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and specifically because it had a heated pool and hot tub.
When we arrived we were told the hot tub was broken. It appeared to have been broken for quite some time. The pool, tho indoor, was so cold that my children were literally shivering as they tried to swim and play in the water.
When we got to the room, the blackout blind had been removed and replaced with two cheap plastic mini blinds that had a huge gap between them.
The sofa bed looked like it had not been cleaned in some time when we opened it up.
I called hotels the morning of day two and we moved to a different hotel.

Strong moldy odor on our entire floor, rooms were not very well kept, dust everywhere and something on the wall that look like someone spilled a drink on it that was never cleaned up, shower was still a little dirty and had to request new bed linens because they were all stained up

There is no hot tub which is the reason we booked this particular place Staff said it has not worked for a month. Ceiling was full of mold, 103. I seen on a different site that this was reported also, why aren’t they checking all the rooms for mold. We didn’t notice where the smell was coming from until the next morning. Staff was rude about it seems like they didn’t care. They said they were always booked and busy and didn’t have time.
