Unhappy Stay
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk clerk was very rude. We arrived after 9 pm. They did not give us the room that we paid. When asked they said there was an issue. There was no issue they just gave our room away. I was told that to be on the ground floor was for one night people.. But they did give me a ground-floor room. I got two queen beds I did not want but had to settle for. I requested extra towels and washcloths they said the hotel does not give out extra towels... I was rudely talk to by the front desk.

For an inexpensive motel, everything about the room was done right. Clean, modern furnishings, lots of outlets and surfaces, nice shower. It looked like property managers are committed to doing things the best way even if it's not a fancy place.

It was a typical hotel along a busy highway. Surrounded by fast food and gasoline stations. It was clean, quiet, accommodating and a perfect spot to sleep while on the road.

The beds are so comfortable the room was somewhat clean dont look like they sweep the floors and for it being a smoking room it didnt have the over poweing smoke of cigarette smoke over great stay

Well after being charged prior to checking in the rooms, we had to change rooms 3 times in the middle of the night. Either the spreads were stained, the rooms smelled like smoke or dogs. Cleanliness was not a priority there. Didn't have the best experience with the owner. Would not recommend..

Dear Guest,As a company, we take every guest complaint very seriously and conduct thorough investigations. After carefully reviewing your case, we found discrepancies between the complaint and our findings. We confirmed with our team that the rooms had no problem and also the sheets and everything was good. And also told you, that we won’t charge the card. But you didn’t show up until 2 am. so we had to charge the card at 11 pm to confirm the reservation as without charging we cannot guarantee the room for them. We are committed to authenticity and do not engage in posting fake reviews.
