We received an upgrade to a top floor balcony room. The room was very spacious.

Despite an obvious effort to re-tile or at least grout the bathroom, the craftsmanship was extremely poor. The shower screen needs replacing along with the tap and shower head where water came out in odd directions. The curtains were threadbare and had rips in them. However the kids enjoyed the pool table and table tennis in the games room.

Smelly room with wet carpet
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HotelsAs soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a terrible smell that seemed to be stuck to the rooms inner soul.
When we turned on the bathroom light / fan , the fan was rattling so loud it would keep a hibernating brown bear awake all winter.
Additonaly, there was a huge wet patch on the floor whcih made us keep out shoes on the whole time.
May have only been this room but will definitely never stay there again for the price we paid.

The main areas of the property were clean and tidy. The rooms were a bit dated and showing their age. Bathroom was decent but a bit tired. The place was quiet and bed was comfortable enough but pillows may as well have been a rolled up t-shirt. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room and no one on reception when we got in to get some more. Not a bad place for a night if you just want somewhere to sleep but maybe byo pillow.
