It was comfortable and clean. I arrived out of hours and the room had been heated before I arrived which I really appreciated.

The staff were friendly and I liked the style of the rooms. They seemed very clean. Unfortunately when we arrived at our room after looking around Terrigal there were hundreds of ants all over each of our beds. No matter how many we removed they kept coming back. Reception was closed by this time, 5.30pm so It made for a very stressful nights sleep. When shown photos to reception no discount offered only breakfast which we declined as we had an appointment and couldn’t wait around for, also we were concerned that ants could also be throughout the kitchen. It’s a shame as after checking in I was very happy with the staff and the look of the room when I entered. A little pest control could have prevented this review.

TV didn't work, and the AC only blew cold air! Good location, very clean. Easy to check in.
