The property needs updating, bathroom specifically was in poor shape, which is a shame as it could be easily bought up to standard and be quite comfortable

The downfall was the bathroom there was a window open that we couldnt close & the exhaust fan is connected to the light. The bathroom was freezing & gad to shower in the dark couldnt risk the exhaust fan

Hi Patricia,We explained to you to contact us 24 hours during your stay on arrival for any assistance. We also informed you that we are present in the reception between 9am- 10pm and over the phone from 10pm - 9am for any issues. All this information is advertised on the website, on-line, at reception, entrance and in all the rooms. You have not contacted us on any issues. We could have closed the bathroom window for you if you have approached us which is left a little open for the air circulation! The shower light and the exhaust fan is working as a unit. You do not have to afraid of it. It is commonly used in Australia! Our reception is on your way to entre or exit motel. However, you did not visit us. Please contact host next time to get help before you go online. You booked a queen (double) bed room and wanted to upgrade a twin bed room after check-in and using the toilet in the queen room. The property was in a great location and the staff on arrival and exit were extremely friendly and great to deal with. The room although outdated was lovely and just what we required. There were plenty of amenities in the room and there was a great number of spare blankets and pillows. All instructions were clear for all room equipment and the wifi is great. Thanks for the easy stay
