非常舒服的酒店,唯独就是房间空调有点吵。早餐时间非常人性化,鱼疗,陆地冲浪很多有趣的体验,还有很贴心的服务。

The hotel is in Shimey Bay, on the beach, far from the crowded cities. Definitely stylish, European hotel, looks like a big bungalow, as opposed to the nearby Westin Hotel, which looks like bunch of concrete blocks. Exceptionally well trained staff!! Chris at the reception helped me with organizing our transportation to Haikou Airport. She also help me withdraw some cash from the bankomat. We got a very good deal on the room through Expedia.

可惜了飯店名氣、美景、設施

飯店內有私人沙灘、游泳池、中餐廳、烤肉餐廳、潛水報名........。如果只在飯店游泳、日光浴,餐飲消費預算很高、不怕熱的人(房間溫度不論怎麼調,都是悶悶的攝氏26度),是很適合的飯店。從入住登記到退房,只有最後櫃檯辦理退房的人員(剛好服務我的那個人),感覺有專業的服務訓練,其它人的服務態度、敏銳度、遇到問題的解決靈敏度,進步空間非常的大。

Only thing I liked was the upgrade to our room. From airport shuttle and check in, they stated they could locate my room. I booked two rooms through Expedia and they couldn’t locate it. The thing that made it terrible was the airport shuttle. Due to my last problem with Mangrove Yelin in Sanya, China, I wanted to ensure I was getting. A free shuttle for my family of 7. They stated and confirm they will have a car ready for us at 8PM. I called around 7 PM, and was told they do not have me confirmed for a shuttle for that time and only have 3 spots if I want 8. We argued and told them we wanted a bus for 7 people and we called and confirmed yesterday. They then said the only thing they can do is to drive 6 people there first. We argued and said we still have one more guest and needs to arrive. They said the next car is at 10:30. We got really upset and said we need a car to follow. They agreed and set up another shuttle for my one guest at 8:30 to 8:45. After once that was settled they upgraded our room which was nice of them. It was a really beautiful room with a private swimming right by the ocean. Since we got to our hotel so late, we wanted to swim before we had to leave early that morning. We called guest services and they even sent people to clean our pool! This is why I couldn’t rate them as “terrible” it was still very disappointing after going through so much in Sanya or Wanning, China

A very nice Hotel in wanning shimeiwan sea beach

This Hotel :the room is very clean.the service is good too. the receiption in the front desk is very friendly.the location is nice.

酒店处于海边 潮湿 房间特设除湿机 但未对服务员进行清洁除湿机的培训 里面脏的让人恶心

Clean hotel, poor service

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The rug under the beds has a terrible odour though. The grounds are beautiful but the staff seem mostly sad. The kids club is filthy and lacks facilities and they managed to find the only person in China who doesn't like children and put her in the kids club. Food mediocre and overpriced
