I had a miserable stay at this hotel. I have been bitten by bugs all over my legs while staying at this location. The rating was very much misleading. There was no sense of security. The back door is accessible to anyone therefore I did not feel safe staying at this place. But my biggest issue was the fact there were bugs/fleas in the room I was assigned to. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsStarted off with the girl checked us in was rude. She never explained anything about the pool ,breakfast hours or checkout hours. Then we had issues with the TV and coffee maker. She did move us to another room. That room had holes in the walls. Then the 2nd night we were there, there were roaches in our bathroom. Dayshift lady offered to move us. We already moved once. So supposedly she was going to have maintenance spray the room. Not if they did. Outside doors, at each end of the building, were not locked at night time. So just anyone could come into the building. No security. Breakfast time, i seen ppl come inside the building with bags, sit them down, grab food , eat and then grab their stuff and leave the building.
Yeah....we won't be back to this hotel. It's not a 8.2 review. Very disappointed.

The front desk was real nice. Also housekeeping was real nice. It was safe around the motel and we will be back again. Thank you.

Heavy dust build up in room on shelf next to refrigerator. Breakfast had no juice, coffee not had, water to make hot chocolate not hot (had to microwave it). Someone asked staff member about juice and staff member commented she hadn't restocked everything yet as she was trying to do everything. She then made a comment about someone named Erica (obviously not happy with her). A guest opened 3 different milks and returned them all 3 saying they were bad. Disappointed.

Ceiling peeling in room. Pool full of algae and mold. Smell in hallway. Needs updates. Old furniture in room.
