Catherine (concierge/manager) was exceptional! Her team had been sick and she worked to get rooms cleaned, food set, and a lot of people in their rooms due to Hurricane Milton. She worked many long hours during our stay and absolutely above & beyond in every way!!! She made our stay excellent.

Fine for one night while evacuating for Hurricane Milton. We were thankful for a place to sleep, but would not have wanted to stay longer. Room was musty and hall smelled of mildew.

This place needs a make over

The overall visit was not good, from the front desk lack of customer service to the drain under the sink coming loose, to the odor, to the parking. I will never be back here

Unacceptable

The room was not the cleanest. Bathroom floor has trash in the corner under the sink. Hair all around baseboard and floor not mopped!! Bed sunk in the middle. Flooring not vacuumed well.

As I’m sitting at the table eating roaches came out and started walking towards my food. Bathtub was brown, and sheets had white stains on it

Was better than expected after reading reviews. I was a little nervous after seeing some of the good and bad reviews. Amazed at how quiet it was with the location being near the main strip in the area. Couple of stains on furniture and floor, but nothing major when you think of how many people must come and go in these places. Everything worked in the room as far as I could tell. Breakfast looked good enough for me. At least 4 out of 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.

Comfort From The Storm

We evacuated from our Florida home when hurricane Milton approached our area. The Warner Robins Comfort Inn provided comfort for us for 3 days. Huge shout out to desk personnel: Avery worked long hours and helped us multiple times with adding days to our reservation, etc. Always a competent professional dealing with so many people’s anxieties about the storm. Katherine, a supervisor, I believe, also helped out with questions and backing up Avery when demand was high. Didn’t get her name but the breakfast supervisor kept warm food coming as well as becoming a “ nurturing Grandmother” to so many scared and weary travelers. Our door key wouldn’t work so the maintenance person had to remove the device to fix it. He was also cheerful and competent. In sum, the Warner Robins personnel provided all the help and information we needed at a crucial time. Comfort Inn is now our new favorite hotel! Many thanks!
