My husband, our toddler, and I stayed on our way to Orlando. This property was quite nice! Our room was beautiful, big, and comfy after 8hrs of travel. We picked up a pizza locally and ate in our room since it was so late. The hotel was pretty peaceful and quiet for the most part. We had no issues checking in and check out was a breeze! We will be staying here again if we ever take another vacay to FL

The clientelle were really seedy. The TV didn't work when we checked in and the alarm clock wasn't even plugged in. No more "Quality" Inn stays for us!

The lobby area seemed nice, but when we walked in our room it was dirty and disgusting. Towels and sheets were stained, bathroom was disgusting, and floors were dirty. We killed multiple bugs in our room during our stay. The last straw was the awful smell of marijuana in our room. What was worse, was I told management about it and they knew exactly who to go to immediately. They knew they were doing this and told them to stop and did nothing else. The smell persisted and staff was told again and they did nothing. We were completely disappointed, and we left halfway through our stay because nothing was done about it. No apology or offer to stay in another room. They offered to get me some fragrance spray. I had children in the room and they didn’t care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was smoker room
