Great customer service from desk staff were excellent. Room was in horrible shape moldy dirty tub was terrible sink faucet was leaking at the valve bathroom floor tile was unfinished in the corner bathroom floor was dirty and extremely dirty underneath the vanity when you walk into the room the entrance was dirty looked like maintenance was done repairs and no one cleaned up after they were finished

Piss-Poor Experience
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins for a work trip. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short and spoke to the front desk attendant, who said I could get a refund by contacting hotels.com.
However, since then their manager has dodged all of Hotels.com’s attempts to get approval for a refund.
Outside of this, the hotel is unclean, the bed squeaks and buckles, the bathrooms are in poor condition. I would encourage you to look anywhere but here.

Service at check in is nice. But the room is too outdated with torn curtain sheets, worn to the inner metal core bath tub, no facial tissue box in bath room. This property location is nice but the room/building needs serious renovation/improvement.

Awesome hotel
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was very spacious. The only issue I had was there were no cups in the bathroom for rinsing after brushing teeth. I had to go to the coffee area and use coffee cups.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed in. It was falling apart (holes in the ceiling and tiles missing from the bathroom floor), dirty (mold) and unsafe. Had we not been evacuating for Hurricane Milton, we would have left immediately. Unfortunately, there weren't any hotel rooms within two hours available. Only stayed one night and then drove two hours north to find a property that was safe for my 90 year old mother.

I stay eight nights and there was no room service so you have to go to reception and get your own towels and shampoo conditioner etc if you run out which is different

Old but renovating?

The bathroom was dirty around the toilet and the room was dirty in the corners.
In the lobby there were soiled corners of some of the lobby furniture.
Staff was cordial. Only stayed one night. The hotel asks all guests at check in to sign a behavior agreement which was odd.
We paid twice as much as it was worth iIMO.
