Improvements are necessary for me to even consider staying at this property in the future. I have visited the area and routinely trust this property and have had great a wonderful experience on all occasions. This trip, i arrived late and woke up early in the morning only to relize i couldn't flush my toilet (no handle). When brought to the attention of the staff, the problem was never resolved so I requested another room, and the worker was insinuating i broke it, "because he cleaned the room days ago and it was fine." After being assigned another room, the refrigerator was inoperable, the toilet was heavily solied, and the tub/shower was dirty and drained slow. I also requested facial tissues of which i never received. One misleading factor is a "hot breakfast." This consists of a waffle, and you are lucky if the drink machine is even turned on, and the milk is not spoiled.

The property was noticeably dirty in multiple areas of the room, lobby, and others. (I could make an extended list). The included breakfast was only some juice, waffles and yogurt pretty much. On multiple occasions the elevator in the building stopped or got stock, so needless to say we used the stairs after that. That being said the side stairwell was found to just be completely unlocked at all hours, even though they had a key card entry next to the door. I won’t be staying here again or recommending anyone else to.

Overall the room was good. The bathroom cleanliness needs more attention I had to clean the toilet and sink before it could be used, otherwise the rest of the room was fine.

The mattress was uncomfortable. There was not much of a breakfast compared to other Quality Inn’s. No hand soap offered in rooms. It was a bed to sleep in, warm and the shower was pleasant. Our stay was average.

Clean but very run down. Shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Carpet loosening. Sheets wouldn’t stay tucked in. Just needs an update

Stayed one night while on a road trip. Lobby looked nice but thats where it ended. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat was only attached on one side so it swivels when sitting. An elderly oerson could hurt themselves. There was urine under the seat. There were little flies all over the bathroom and room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom walls that could have easily been cleaned off. The floor was dirty as well. The dust was thick on the lamp shades. The sheets were all pilled and had stains on them. When on the elevator the lights flickered so we looked up and the light panels were full of dirt and dead bugs. Its understandable that some facilities are outdated but if theyre clean, thats what matters. The Choice hotel chain should be embarrassed that this hotel is associated with their name.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There was BLACK MOLD, in the bathroom, in the room I stayed in. There are multiple outlets that don't have outlet covers. Also, there are holes in the walls. This place is a health hazard. I would advise people not to stay here.

They were out of soap- no kidding. The woman at the front desk gave us extra shampoo instead. The breakfast is a joke- no bread, no bagels, no hot food. Shower had mold in it.

Broken tiles in bathroom. 1 jet in Jacuzzi tub did not work. Could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. Light from the hallway was coming through the bottom and sides of door. Staff was great.

The bed and room was nice. The bathroom was dirty with dark hairs around and in the shower area. The main complaint was the terrible breakfast. We arrived at 7:30 and there was only one yogurt. No cereal other than Fruit Loops. No bread: no muffins, no bagels, no english muffins. Frankly the worst breakfast bar I have EVER seen! Complaints brought some madarin oranges and apples. Otherwise this review would be 1 star.

Mold in every bathroom. Staff is rude. Never ended up staying and both expedia and hotel refuse to refund the money. Took pictures of mold. They took us from room to room with more excessive mold.
