Hotel is clean and parking, facilities etc are great but the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great. Could hear people above walking around, people in next room closing the window blinds, neighbors toilets flushing, don’t know what was heavily dropped upstairs from our room a few times. The linens on the bed were annoying, king size bed but must have been queen size mattress cover and bottom sheet, just would not stay in place. I couldn’t get them to cover the bed. Lovely shower and bathroom.

Great location , super convenient. I have to say that Cesar is an excellent employee. He did above and beyond with his services. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

Check-in wasn't smooth, I was charged my credit card even though I had already paid through Expedia. Perhaps there was a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel?

Easy check in and clean room. However, a few of the lamps/lights didn't work and the conditioner provided was empty.
