Over all it was a great experience.

It was very convenient for us to have a bathroom on each floor along with the washer and dryer on site.

A fun family gathering.

When the air conditioning failed the host was very responsive and a repair was timely done.
There were broken blinds in the cabin and carpenter ants in the kitchen and dining area.
A woman across the street interrupted our Saturday night campfire complaining about one of our cars parking in front of her cabin. We moved the car right away, but she threatened to call the police and complained that the car was parked on her grass when it clearly was not.

Sorry for the inconvenience of the rude neighbor, I will get that handled as soon as we can. We are putting in a driving way in October so the parking arrangements are easier for our guests and neighbors can’t complain about parking.
We did put any killer around the foundation before your arrival so hopefully it will take care of the problem.

Ben was a wonderful guest. They communicated very well during their arrival. We were very happy to host them. They treated our place with respect and left it very clean when they departed. We would host them again anytime.
