Nice but hard to tell in the dark
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayOnce we found out that the entrance was behind the house everything went more smoothly, lol. The rear entrance, downstairs, after a snow, at night made things a little harder. But once we settled and closed back the vents (it’s VERY WARM) a bit it was great! Never used the tvs so I don’t know if they work or not but they were conveniently placed.I highly recommend but during the day and during nicer weather.

Beautiful and clean cabin

Get Away Trip

Not cleaned
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWas not cleaned when checked in. Good thing I got a hold of property manager. It took over 2 hours for cleaning get the cleaning done. I started cleaning before they got there. The floors weren't scrubbed and were still dirty.

Your 2 star rating is unwarranted! Nor I or my Cleaning Team were aware someone entered and stayed in the cabin prior to your arrival. The cabin was cleaned when the last renters departed per my Cleaning Manager and I believe him. We have experienced in the past renters returning and retaining the combination and entering the cabin without us knowing. I can assume this is what happened as explained to you by our Manager. Also my Manager stated you did not appear to be upset and were amicable and pleasant to work with not someone who would rate us with a 2 star rating!
