From the lobby entrance to and inside the room were very clean. The hotel smelled fresh and clean also.

Breakfast was horrible. Not the normal Comfort Inn. I took one bite of the sausage and threw it all away. Coffee was good. Not sure why I was placed in a handicap room with a giant chair in the shower.

Mostly nice
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was friendly and the room was clean enough. Check in/out was fast & breakfast was good. The bed was comfy and most of the experience was fine. The train station decor and memorabilia were nice. I enjoyed the popcorn in the lobby plus the old fashioned library/game area. Unfortunately, in spite of being 'non-smoking,' the room has clearly spent much time as a smoking room which caused my asthma to flare. I'm still wheezing 12 hours later. It was a pleasant stay otherwise but since it was hard to breathe, I won't be back.

Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThere was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I had to empty the dehumidifier 4 times over night. It smelled bad. There was a cart with popcorn at the front door that had cub webs hanging off. All the windows and tables in the Libby wee dirty. The attendants were standing around eating and talking and playing rick music. No one cleaned anything or acted like there were in the job. The guy behind the counter hid from you instead of greeting you. Was like another world of dirt!!!!

Thank you fsor staying with us, Tammy. I am sorry that it was extremely busy during the state fair and university move-in weekend. I will let maintenance know about the ceiling bleaching/paint in those rooms. Staff are given 15min breaks to eat after the guests are done with breakfast, or when guests show their appreciation. Music is subjective to taste, but I will check the volumes. Finally, I, the owner, was helping with laundry in the back and appreciate your patience during the few seconds it takes to get to the desk.World of dirt is a gross exaggeration, and everyone knows it. Besides our guests, the staff is the best thing about the property.We hope you at least had a good visit for your purposes in Warrensburg. We wish you the best of luck and hope to not disappoint if we are lucky enough to serve you again.
