Great place to stay
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay, it was exactly as advertised. Owner was easy to work with. We will definitely rent again when we are in the area. Back yard was wonderful with pool, hot tub, vollyball court and fire pit.

Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMulti-generational family group- great stay. So much room! Yard and pool lovely and lots of space to play outside. The young adults and older folks enjoyed the playroom downstairs!! Relived teenage games!
Loved the sand volleyball/ bocce court, used the fire pit many nights and the hot tub! The pool was daily routine. Great pool house with bathroom! Fun family time, but enough room to just hang and read or nap. Location was perfect to get into town or to Lake George or Bolton Landing.
Our host, Tori, was so responsive and helpful. Brought a new grill out on a Sunday!! Amazing and so nice. Would definitely stay again!

Close to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Having a pool on site was great for end of day relaxing.

Annual family vacation
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe pictures and discription of the property are exactly what you see and read. The house and outside property were spotless. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3-17) and they all had a great time. The pool was the highlight for everyone. Communication with Tori was fantastic. She texted me that the place was ready for check in 2 hrs ahead of time and we could check in if we got there early. If I texted her with any questions, she responded within 10 mins. The hot tub was used a lot and with the getting in and out, the water level got low. I texted her about it and she came over within the hr and added water. Best host I've dealt with since I've been doing these family vacations. Everything is close by, from food stores to miniature golf, it's all within a short drive. I would highly recommend this vacation home. We're already planning on coming back.......

Best Weekend Stay!
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe hosts of this place were extremely nice and helpful. They replied very fast to all messages and made sure we had the best experience. The place itself was amazing with all of the backyard space and heated pool! We had a blast playing volleyball, swimming and at night, going in the hot tub. I will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful Property
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was so clean, so much cleaner than any rental I've stayed in before. There was so many amenities that we were never bored and had so much to do. I wish that tbis was my house haha. I would say there was little things, like the hot tub needs a lot of time tl heat up - which is no big deal but just good to know so that you dont go in thinking its going to be hot adter n houe or two, i would suggest turning it up and on as soon as you get there to enjoy that night! The kuerig didnt work or at least we couldnt figure it out - but there is a coffee pot so it was no biggie! The house is stocked with everything you need. We all had plenty of room, and didnt have to share beds which was great. The upstairs bathrooms for some reason the water didnt get hot but thw downstairs bathroom did. If we were to stay longer than a weekend i might have tried to figure out why but for a short period a warmish shower was totally fine. The host was super responsive and so nice, she let me know if we needed anything or had any issues to reach out, which was great to have communication with her!

Thank you so much for your review! I was un aware of the hot water not being hot enough upstairs, I will turn up the on demand heater! I will check the keurig or just buy a new one for future guests. The hot tub water is changed after each group to ensure cleanliness and takes a few hours to get up to 104. The hot tub is on a 220v so there is no other way to heat it up faster unless we were to not change out the water. Thank you for your feedback!

Beyond expectations
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was better than we could’ve hoped for. There was a Playset outside for the kids which was loved by all. There were amenities in every room filled with things we didn’t even know we needed. Great location and amazing hosts! Would love to make this an annual gathering here. Would recommend 1,000 times!
