I stayed here for 3 days but my room was never cleaned. I was told it would be cleaned every other day. Nobody cleaned it so waste baskets were over flowing on the floor. When I asked the front desk about it, they said I had the bolt locked - I did not lock the bolt lock during the day,only at night when I went to bed. The cleaners were in the hall when I left for the day - I was told they only work mornings? So the girl at the front desk gave me clean towels and toilet paper - said she would take care of my trash - nobody ever did. To make matters worse, the second night there were people in the room next to me that woke me up at midnight and at 6 a.m. When I asked the front desk about it the next day, she was very snippy to the point of being rude I felt. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I stayed here last year with no issues.

Customer service agent was not friendly, refused to accept my Hilton honors number. He did not have a name tag on to even know who I was talking to. Once in the room I had trouble connecting to the wifi since my Hilton honors number wasn't attached to my room. Disappointed in the check in process and will look for alternate location to stay over the next few months while in town
