Overall good experience. Breakfast not much to write home about. Should be much better for what you pay for.

Never stayed there called cancelled room and they said they would only charge for 1 night, instead charged my credit card for 1 night as agreed and the next day charged me for 2 more nights. Tried contacting Expedia but they do not have a way to talk to a live person. Will never book through Expedia ever again. So frustrating
A lot of these Tech companies are great until they are not anymore.

The property was nice. the breakfast was poor - two types of cereal, waffles, and white and wheat bread.

Improvements needed
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HotelsUpon arrival the reception desk person was very helpful. However each night after that was not as helpful. There were two of us. The first night we had 2 of the bath towels and hand towels and wash cloths. Every night after that we had to ask for the second bath towel, wash cloths and hand towels even though it was clear we used all of it each night. Tissue box was not filled when empty. Plastic cups were not replenished. Ice bucket plastic was not replaced.
