Hotel falls short of Protea brand promise
Publié le 15 août 2014 sur HotelsOverall, customer service was very poor from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. The room had some water damage, the hot water didn't stay warm for more than five minutes, and the rollaway bed which we paid N10,000 for was actually a twin mattress which was placed on the floor. There was some false advertising with regard to the prepaid breakfast buffet; although we specified that there were two people in the room; we were asked to pay for one breakfast - N4,000.
