tolles Apartment in einer alten Kirche

das Apartment ist eines von 8 die in die Grundmauern einer alten Kirche gebaut worden sind, im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, im ersten Stock ein Schlafzimmer und ein separates Bad, und im zweiten Stock ist der Wohn-Küchenbereich, alles sehr sauber ! die Lage ist auch klasse , Restaurants und Pub in fußläufiger Entfernung, die Vorabkommunikation lief auch super ! Einziges klitzekleines Manko : in der Woche gibt es nur zwei Parkplätze

Overall great location easy accessible to shopping. Staff were very polite and quick to respond to questions. Only downside was the WiFi connection which was very poor. If you are relying on WiFi this wouldn’t work for you.

Poor maintenance and safety standards

Communication good for access to the apartment. Apartment presented in a clean and tidy. Numerous problems gave cause for concern. TV controller not working, had to use buttons on TV. Most of the lights in the kitchen lounge, and top of stairs not working. Hole in kitchen sink, risk of injury. Pipe detached from boiler, so didn't use heating or hot water due to unknown safety of boiler. High pitch alarm was sounding in the lobby from when I arrived till leaving this morning, possibly fire alarm. So multiple problems which didn't give me confidence regarding the maintenance and safe standard of the apartment and whole building. I hope that a swift rectification plan can be implemented for any future guests. Look forward to your reply.

Good clean property, but it doesn't seem that the wifi was connected to the internet

Nice property, good location. There was parking on the road outside but you have to make sure you move your car in the morning in line with the parking restrictions

Wasted Booking

Terrible experience, got there round 11pm as it is self check in and front gate into property wouldn't open ,the number to ring was switched off No help from office and had to literally sleep in car and they refused to refund even half the amount paid .NeverAgain

Dear Dionysius,I am so sorry you have not had a great experience with us. We are a small company and our operating hours are clearly mentioned on the messages communicated before arrival. Your text message and call came at 2am, I believe it is an acceptable time not to answer a phone unless you are staying at a hotel with 24/7 reception. This was the second night of your stay and you have presumably gotten in without trouble the first day and so did all the other guests (and we had a full house on that weekend). Please understand that whilst it was an undoubtedly frustrating experience for you, looking at it from our point of view there is a chance that tiredness or simply a human mistake might have escalated the situation. We would be more than happy to welcome you back and as a gesture of goodwill offer you a 10% discount on your room rate for your next stay. Kindest regards,Sara
