This hotel offered a mixed experience. While the rooms were spotless and well-maintained thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff, the restaurant service left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff provided adequate service, though they lacked a bit of warmth.
The rooms were perfect clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff clearly took pride in their work.
The reception staff was polite and efficient in handling check-in and fast check-out, but they didn't go beyond to make guests feel welcome. Overall it's ok.
Restaurant waiters lacked warmth and friendliness you'd expect from a 4* hotel.. lack and unmotivated of genuine desire to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
