Thank you for complementing the cleanliness of our property we appreciate your comment. This property is waterfront property as per our real estate agent. We would ask that you take this down this statement because it is damaging to the reputation of our property. We cannot control the growth Of the trees at different times of the seasons. Please take down the comment that it’s extremely rocky on the path to the waterfront on the shore. It is not Extremely rocky. We are sorry you had difficulty getting down to the waterfront. We are sorry we had to charge you extra for cleaning the property after your stay. Those charges are incurred from the cleaning crew. Candice, Please see the attached map it shows the Saddlebrook boat ramp access and access to swimming. (The Circle) as it is called. I am sure you may have enjoyed that area during your visit. Boat Dock Access for guests requires a contract and a $40.00 fee. There is acess to the water for fishing and other activities on the on the lake house property. We are happy to see that you enjoyed our Saddlebrook community of Neighbors. We share access in the community to Saddlebrook boat launch and swimming area. We ask that you reserve boat slips in advance. The dock is located $100 yds for the lake house. It is not a good idea to leave the french doors open for long periods as explained in the posted house rules. (for cooling and pest entry) We pride ourselves in maintaining a quailty property for our guests. We saddened by your disappointement.We have always been a five star property. We take your concerns very seriously. In response we have taken the follwing actions. 1.The upper graveled landscaped part of the property that surrounds the home has a been cleared of grass and has been sprayed for weeds on 1st of May (before your stay & End of June.).This includeds the front yard and the back dining and patio area. (The Back Yard of the House). The inside of the lake home has been spayed recently on May and June.(before your stay). The area that you are refering to in your comments is part of the Lake of the Ozarks Missouri Forest. There is a natural path to the lake that the deer and other animals use. The grass will be taken down or weed eated this Tuesday by our Landscaper all the way down to the lake. There is exellcellent Fishing. Be advised this is the Missouri Lake and Forest and take neccessary precautions to protect yourself and your family from outdoor insects. 2. We have hired a new cleaning contractor.
