Vieil hotel mais bien entretenu. Très bon service et petit déjeuner.

Plus ce que c’était…
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HotelsCheckin très frustrant car je n’ai pas eu la chambre réservée c’est la deuxième fois que cela arrive au Regent. Pas d’excuses, pas d’explications.
Globalement l’hôtel n’est plus ce qu’il était, c’est très triste de voir que le très chic Hyatt Regency des années 2008-2011 n’existe plus que dans les souvenirs…

Super hôtel

Assez proche du centre ville, confortable et très propre. Personnel très sympathique et agréable
Petit déjeuner très bien garni.
Seul petit bémol la poubelle non vidée et des paignoirs non remplacés. Pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas top

2 night stay in Regent Warsaw Hotel
Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HotelsMy stay at the hotel was very pleasant, fast check-in and possibility of leaving the card in the box for check out. Rooms are very specious and clean, very quiet, very big bathroom with separate bath and shower.
There is a nice restaurant on the ground flour with a live music in the evening.
I also had breakfast and it was very tasty and great choice, it was included int he price for my room. But if you have to pay separately, it's very expensive (around 25 euros), especially for Poland.
There is really good swimming pool and a gym, included in price.

Hôtel décevant
Publié le 6 juin 2023 sur HotelsSéjour mauvaise accueil, attente à l'accueil 45mn. Pas de solution amenée à 2 problèmes. J'ai dû appeler hôtel.com pour résoudre ces problèmes. Pas d'aide du réceptionniste et qui ne voulait rien savoir. Heureusement l'intervention de hôtel.com a été efficace. La chambre pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Très décevant

Bel hotel mais mauvais management

Chasse d'eau dans la chambre qui coule en pemanence.
En positif : bel espace sport et balnéo.
