It was a terrible stay as the aircon/heater didn’t work, the door lock was not unlocking from the outside and we had to leave our room unlocked on the Sat night when we went out, the light over the couch didn’t work, and there was no liquid soap in the shower dispenser and no small cakes soap at all in the bathroom. The Manager was unhelpful in offering us another room, even though we understood it was a busy weekend in Warwick, we still felt we should have been offered a discount. There should be a Plan B for Motel hospitality to make ‘seniors’ as guests on a long weekend booking feel safe and comfortable.

Check in was great. Friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Overall a great 2day stay

Reassured it was wheelie walker friendly - it was not.
Room smaller than the advertised picture on-line
People in next room sat outside and talked loudly until 10pm
Nil staff on site. Staff left at 5pm, on our departure at 10am still no staff.
Nil breakfast available

All the Rooms are ground floor with 1 small step into the Room which has a legal entry door width. The advertised current pictures are exactly the same Rooms that are here. What you see is what you get! Guests are allowed to sit outside their Rooms on the designated outdoor table and chairs and talk, if you had a problem, you could have simply asked them to talk more softly. 10pm is not late, that is a standard time of quietness after that! My Assistant Manager went for dinner, all guests were checked-in. Our website and online booking sites state there are NO Breakfasts available. I think you mustn't of had a good day and were in a bad mood and just wanted to vent at someone....

Clean and cozy place to stay. It has everything you need in the room. You could do nothing and stay in room watching Netflix and chill as they have subscribed account ready on the smart TV. The lady at the reception is pretty friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoy the stay and will definitely come back.
