Belle chambre ! L’option déjeuner vaut la peine pour 2. Service au restaurant l’équipe semblait vraiment débordé.

Service with a smile
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsStay was fairly normal but what sets crowne plaza apart is the service. Each person we encountered was more helpful than the last. Special acknowledgement to Jon Opele at the front desk who was more than helpful and made sure to take extra time to make the trip special for each of my kids. Jon is a credit to the hotel and when we return it will be because of him.

Started of rough but turned out great.
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was super quick. We got to our room the ac was on and it was 72 so I turned it down and the air coming out didn’t feel very cool and it went up to 74. So at 3:30 I went to the front desk and to.d them so they put a work order in. At around 4 the fire alarm went off and we had to go outside…was a false alarm. Got back in the room around 4:15 and at 4:20 the maintenance man knocked on the door. He was very polite and kept apologizing. With in 3 minutes he vacuumed water out of it and it was back in action. The rest of the weekend went fine. I would definitely stay again. They go above and beyond to make things right.

Our New Go-To Hotel in Warwick
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsGreat stay from warm welcome to departure. Rooms were very modern and comfortable…hotel stresses guest comfort, to include keeping the noise down. This will be my go-to the next time I am in Warwick.

Bath tub had molds. When we entered the room there was a really bad smell in there and you can’t open windows. AC was working loud and smells. I think carpets smell too. They tried to fix the smell they did it temporary but came back again. Their pool was small and dirty. It was so blurry and they put to much chlorine inside burnt my eyes and lungs. Their breakfast was terrible no taste at all and they want $18pp doesn’t even worth it. We got 2 people free but it was so bad.
