Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!

Zen and comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay and lots of my own space considering it was a solo trip. The area was nice and peaceful and Lana was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I loved the location on a quiet residential street. The bonus was being able to walk to the bus stop, ferry stop, grocery store and restaurants in minutes. As a woman, I felt safe. Lana was easy to get in touch with whenever I needed anything or had any questions. Wi-Fi service was excellent! Thanks Lana, for an enjoyable stay.

Syed,I am sorry you did not have a good experience at the property. To address your issues.1. No staff - The property has 5 units, as indicated on the listing is not managed by staff 24/7, we do provide a phone number (WhatsApp) and email should you reqrererequire assisstance.2. Bad smell - All units have reverse air conditioning and heat to remove any dampness. I have not had any complaint in the past. If we were made aware we would have address the issue while you were at the propery.3. Extra charge - We do not charge extras other than what is shown at the time of the booking. You had an issue with the cleaning fee, which clearly states on the reservation. We collect the cleaning fee at the property which also clearly states on the reservation.The reason we collect the cleaning fee at the property is so that should the reservation be cancelled, the guest will not end up paying for the cleaning fee.

Excellent value, very nice rooms, beautiful surroundings. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Good value but not 100% accurate

We paid around $100 per night which was a great value in Bermuda. The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated having access to a microwave and refrigerator and beautifully gardened front porch area. The hassle came because the two sets of towels were expected to last us our entire stay (more tgan 1 week). When I asked for these to be replaced due to Covid and mid summer beach sand and sweat I was informed the extra laundry bill would be passed onto me. Not knowing what that meant I said ok. It was $40! We also read there were on site laundry facilities which was a big reason we booked this place but once we arrived were told that this was not accurate. Again $40 for them to take our laundry to a local place. We finally found a local laundromat and did our own load for $11. We felt the hotel description was misleading. Also due to Covid we did feel a moped was required for sightseeing. The buses were enclosed without open windows. Also the ferry only stopped a few times a day.
