The pictures for the property are not accurate. As soon as you walk in you can see a difference in condition. There are so many dings, dents, and broken items you are worried what they might get you for after your stay. There was not enough towels or soap. The kitchen was poorly stocked.
we also found a large staple in the bed in the middle of the night.

Please know that we have stated in the listing that we have multiple units on this property. The unit might not be exactly as pictured, but it has the same features and amenities. It's a self-service apartment, and we only provide a starter pack for supplies.

Close to Arlington Cemetery
Publié le 13 déc. 2023 sur HotelsLocated in nice, clean neighborhood. Close to Arlington Cemetery, DC attractions, and Reagan Airport. Only downside is paid parking on weekdays 6 AM-4 PM.

The property was not as nice as I had expected. I loved the secure parking and the security of the building with key card required for entry and for use of the elevators, this made us feel very secure. I loved it's proximity to the Metro and the restaurants up the street on the way to back from the Metro. I was disappointed in seeing some bugs, specifically as we were on the 7th floor.

El apartamento es muy espacioso y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía a gusto. La ubicación es céntrica y cerca de muchos centros comerciales y restaurantes. El personal fue muy amable.

Thank you for posting a review. It's very unfortunate that someone who hadn't stayed with us was able to provide a feedback. To note, your reservation was cancelled because your payment card was declined since it has no funds - hence you requested for credit terms on payment for 14-30 days which we declined as it's not within our policy.We would love to welcome any guests at anytime.

Family trip in Washington
Publié le 3 oct. 2022 sur HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The communication was quite easy and the residence staff were very responsive. The flat itself was great, very spacious, beautifully arranged with modern look and furniture, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the washing and drying machines came in handy since we stayed for 4 nights as a part of a long trip. We enjoyed so much our stay that we would definitely come back and use this residence when in the area.

Apartment is clean and tastefully furnished. Building is quiet and well kept. Location is excellent. Metro and an Amazon fresh store is at walking distance. As a family of five we had a great time.
