The staff was amazing.....front desk, dining and housekeeping....made my first stay of more in the future an absolute breeze! The location to the Ronald Reagan airport was perfect and easy to navigate!

The hotel is overall very good for the price. The only true negative is that the hotel advertises that they have airport shuttle service and it turns out that it does not run all the time. The hours of service are not advertised and should be as it reads as if it is 24 hours of service. Had to scramble for a Lyft ride. Can definitely see the possibility of someone missing their flight when expecting a shuttle in the early morning. Would be nice if they had coffee in the lobby too as most places do nowawdays.

Disappointing! Do NOT stay here if it’s raining

The hotel looked nice enough and we read good things prior to our trip. We got a block of rooms for a conference we were hosting and used this as our “suggested option”. We will NOT do that again. The rooms were damp the entire time - no matter how low or strong we turned the AC on. I was hoping it was only my room but I later heard all of my colleagues had the same issue. The floor was sticky, my papers (work trip) were wet in the morning, my glasses were foggy with moisture each morning. I requested a fan & was told they do not offer fans. I’ve never experienced a new and nice looking hotel have such an underperforming HVAC system in a first world country. Maybe traveling to an island or something. But DC is far from that…..
