Pas digne d’un doubletree, marque que j’aime bien en général. L’hôtel est vieux, la clim fait un bruit de tracteur quand elle marche… le petit dej est mauvais. Il faut attendre la navette aéroport plus de 30mn … Bon point a l’accueil qui a fait son maximum pour régler les problèmes de me changer au final de chambre à 22h après 4h d’essais infructueux pour réparer la clim

Bien situé, à proximité de tout! Le personnel était très accueillant et avenants. Les chambres auraient besoin d’une cure de rajeunissement!

Expensive and not many amenities without additional chargws.

It’s disappointing to read that you felt a measure of frustration with costs and that this may have detracted from the true serene, stress-free experience we aim to deliver. Ridiculously high prices for breakfast $28, to have a microwave in room $25, parking $40 , and there was no pool which was why I chose this hotel. I saw pictures of a beautiful pool taken 6 months ago shown when I looked up the hotel. NO POOL!! I will not use Expedia again to book a hotel.

No AC in hallway in SOUTH TOWER. It’s as if they don’t care about ventilation what so ever since that’s where they put 3rd rate party guest
