The room/suite looks nice, but the bathroom would need to be updated. It smells a bit humidity. The bed is not that comfy but for one night it was okay.The breakfest was good and a lot of variety. The service when we came in almost a midnight was very slow and there was fees that was not mentioned when I booked and parking fees which I didn't know either.

We spent 2 nights. It is an easy walk to Fashion Center Mall and the Metro, there are restaurants right across the street, and we had very good breakfasts at the hotel. I booked two rooms under one reservation for my son and me and requested in the notes that they be connecting. When I arrived I was told that they were not connecting because there were two different last names. This made no sense to me because my reservation was under one person for two rooms. However, the clerk upgraded our rooms to corner rooms so even though we couldnt be side-by-side we had very nice rooms; my sons room even had a view of the Washington monument. My son is not a minor so it wasn't a huge deal anyway. We would book at this hotel in the future. Only complaint is the parking fee per day is high.
