Dan and his family are very unusual, weird, and critical guests, they were a nightmare for me, Their complaints are not real at all. I was kind enough to think about them and gave Vrbo permission to fully refund them, even their booking was nonrefundable. They didn't check in at all and didn't pay any penny, but still left a 1-star bad review. I did not satisfy them because I didn't allow them to stay there for free for three days. I have recieved very positive 5-star reviews from the guests who stayed there before Dann and the next day after Dan left, including guests' reviews from another platform. Vrbo guest who stayed there after Dann, said: "Nice clean house in Arlington, good neighborhood too We are actually from Arlington and needed a couple place to stay for the first week of a bathroom renovation. We luckily found this place, which was the way to our daughter’s school. The neighborhood is one of the best - quiet, safe, upscale, and near supermarkets & metro. House is nothing special from outside, but is well maintained and very clean on inside. Huge tv, nice picture window, nice bedrooms with cell charger, books, extra blankets. Kitchen is stocked with essentials - spices, coffee, tea, lots of pots/pans. There even is a first aid kit in the bathroom. Would stay here again if our renovations get deleted." A guest from another platform who checked in the next day after Dan left, they said: "The house's location was perfect for our visit with my uncle in the hospital at Inova. The neighborhood was tranquil, and the neighbors were friendly. Many people walk their dogs, ride bikes, and walk their children to school. There was one TV in the main family room area for the family to enjoy. The washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the home was clean. Great stay. Thank you, Queenie."
