Victor was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of helpful tips to enjoy DC. The whole staff was caring and ready to help. Our room was clean and well distributed. It wasn’t a huge room but it provided everything we needed for our stay. Bedding was clean, even the extra bedding for the pull out couch. Bathroom was big and clean as well. Breakfast options were diverse and fresh. The property itself is not far from downtown. I read they have a shuttle but I think that train station is under renovation so I didn’t bother asking and just drove around town instead of taking the metro. All in all I had a good experience with this stay. (For reference I travelled with kids and they enjoyed their stay as well)

The stay was truly luxurious. However, when we booked online for the room, and availability of parking was mentioned, we were very surprised about a fee to park we arrived. There was no mention, online, about a fee.

The front end staff were amazing. Friendly receptive informative. The room was clean and spacious. The location was not the best for sightseeing but we did drive to the White House and park there for the day. Public transportation is not the best and the are surrounding the hotel is a little run down. I would stay again though.
