I had a great experience here beautiful building the access to the building and parking it's just a little bit hideous outside of those two things which one can forgive the parking but the access to the building to put in the code the elevator in the front door it's just tedious maybe they can come up with a better system maybe a fob or something but outside of that it was a great experience and I'll do it again

This property was so clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the television remote controls were not operating properly. Could not adjust volume. Bummer.

The apartment has everything we needed (after we found out from the doorman who to call to get bedding for the pullout). The building is mostly apartments, without some of the same services as a hotel. The apartment was relatively spare. The furniture apolstery was dirty dusty filthy but otherwise things were clean. The apartment was quite roomy.

staying here as a long term rental. The accommodations are nice and comfortable. But the communication with the company is horrendous. This is not a standard hotel, there is no staff on site (you are in an apartment building). That’s fine but when you call for any assistance it takes forever to get them to respond/react. Also the key code is super annoying. Tip: Download the latch app and call and ask them to enable it for your stay. then you can unlock the doors with your phone. game changer!
