Very disappointing

This property is advertised as a luxury suite. However I think that this is far from deserving such a word. First, the cleaning condition of the property. For example there were hairs in the bathroom, and a toilet had not been flushed. In addition, there were various maintenance issues, for example one of the bathrooms sinks was clogged, and the garbage disposal had debris in it. I reported the above to the 24 hours service number, and they promised to look into these things and said they were going to contact me, they never did. I don't recommend using this company, if you expect a luxury experience, this is not it. You can see how they are trying to save money by cutting corners at the expense of the experience of their guests.

Great room and location.

The room and location were great!!! There were just a couple of things that need improvement. I did not receive the access code to the keys ahead of time, not a big problem. The TV situation needs to be fixed, as the Dish had horrible reception and no local channels. There were no instructions for check out, though, in the end, was simple and easy. The internet was very good and saved the TV situation.
