I would not stay here again. I paid for the rooms on Expedia and then was charged for those rooms again by the hotel. They did not give us our $20 food and beverage credit, nor was our room upgraded even though it was VIP access. I had to call and ask for it after our stay was over! People in the halls were noisy. The rooms are clean and location is convenient but the workers are not very friendly or helpful.

It is a very nice hotel. There is no concierge and the staff is lacking in local knowledge. There was no one to offer restaurant ideas or to assist in identifying things to see or do. It is actually in a good location and most things are within reasonable walking distance provided you can figure out which direction to walk.

The property is very beautiful and pleasant, clean and safe is also conveniently located. The only thing that did not convince me was the attention of the receptionists, even before arriving I called to ask about the parking lot and they answered me; I don't know I don't have a vehicle, a non-professional answer, I also have one of the house keeping threw away our parking ticket and we had to pay extra money, the hotel was not responsible. However, the hotel is very nice & pleasant, its facilities
