I had to call repeatedly for a shuttle pickup from the airport that took about an hour to arrive in the freezing cold temperatures. When I realized that I was at the wrong Hilton located across the street, the shuttle driver slammed the door in my face, yelled that he was off at midnight and refused to give me a ride across the 4 lane highway covered in snow and ice from storm Blair.

I had missed those towels! Most hotels don't have plush towels any more. They had a snafu, fire alarm going off x 2 late at night and early morning in the one night I stayed, I would stay again.

Helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean hotel and safe, as they lock doors ant night. About a block away from incredible Italian restaurants and convenience store. This was my home for a week and I loved it!
