C’est une bonne hôtel mais très vieille. La TV fonctionnais mal, les haut-parleurs grichais. Le déjeuner continental étais très bien. Beaucoup de choix. Pour le stationnement il était limité et coutait 20$ US Dans l’ensemble c’est bien.

Great spot to take the metro , bike share and scooters ! Average neighborhood and a lot of homeless and poor people on Georgia avenue 👎

Stayed at this location for two nights. Hotel needs work. Key pad doors do not work, room keys get stuck and guests had to go down for maintance a few times to get the key out of the lock slot. Area is very ghetto. It is in a sketchy part of town with a lot of homeless, blacks and hood people. I was fearful for my life walking to get chinese. Rooms was clean cozy but the bathroom is old. Hotel needs a lot of work as a Holiday Inn Express. Will probably not stay again

Holiday Inn Express has been one of my favorite places to stay in other cities—modern, clean, economical. However, this location would be a last resort if at all. The parking is extremely limited on site. So, you’ll most likely have to park at one of the two parking garages that are in close proximity of the hotel. While parking and walking back I noticed a solid number of individuals “hanging” outside of the parking garage and the side walk area heading to the hotel. The hotel personnel were extremely nice and check-in was seamless. Now, the hotel is older and you can definitely tell by the decor, patch work on the ceilings and walls. It was clean and the bed was soft but it was not what I was expecting based on my past stay at other Holiday Inn Express’. I would never stay at that property with my children and would not recommend it to family or friends.
