My stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable, thanks to the behavior of the receptionist, Jameya Holder. She was shockingly unprofessional, outright refusing to give me a receipt for my stay, something that should be routine. Her aggressive tone and hostile attitude made the entire experience even worse. I’ve never encountered such rude and disrespectful customer service—absolutely disgraceful.

I completely hated the gps directions to get to yhos place. It gets you to the front on a busy highwsy with no way or help or explanations as to how to get to the actual place you use to enter and seek valet parking and assistance. Tried the hotel number to ask for directions at a parking lot only to get ignored lno answer. Figured it out myself and found out they dont serve anything but breakfast. It was lare i was going to nearby hospital to be eith family. It was not very lit to see at night at all to get into. They ONLY positive thing was the valet. Worth the cost in DC and he was informative moreso than the concierge.

Pigeon roosts on windows--a bad idea
Posted Oct. 12, 2024 on HotelsWith such a large window overlooking the DC streets, it was a shame to see so much dirt and bird poop sticking to the glass. Need to wash more often.

Terrible, my room didn't work. The air conditioning came to fix it at 10 at night and then at 5 am it turned off again and we couldn't sleep anymore.
