I liked the lively neighborhood around it. It was also pretty easy to drive into DC from there. It was good to have a kitchen, but there are restaurants downstairs too

I wanted a kitchen for cooking, but the kitchen was too sparsely furnished with pots and pans and cooking utensils to use it much. Otherwise,the neighborhood was nice...I liked it. Nice to be able to park conveniently without extra cost. I would consider staying there again if i wasn't planning on cooking..

Great location - rooms are worn

Great location in Del Rey area. Safe with loads of restaurants around. Good parking in back. Easy to get in/out. But … the place is showing its age and lack of maintenance. We changed rooms because the AC wasn’t working, carpet was disgustingly stained the bath was very mildewy. The virtual help desk was on it and they moved us in 5 mins. The second room’s AC was functional and the bath wasn’t filled with mildew but it was still quiet worn on the tables, sink chipped, carpet badly stained, missing handles and draw pulls - all seems like thing the management company doesn’t care to address in order to maximize profit. The onsite cleaners did a good job and the small lobby was sparking and smelled amazing each day.

The room was great. The registration was a nightmare and the support was terrible. Absolutely no human contact and the “robotic support” I received was condescending and of very little help. For example: we needed an extra blanket. Despite multiple requests NEVER got one. I have traveled all over the world and consider this among the worst experiences of my life

Lovely neighborhood and building . No elevator up to rooms on second floor. We had difficulty with the key code lock to our room. This was resolved by a text. Only real problem was the two steep steps up into the bathroom. Could be dangerous at night. We did enjoy our stay. Great places to eat in this very nice area.

It was in a quiet and safe location. Also had restaurants in walking distance and shopping and grocery stores as well. The stay was clean and comfortable with no issues. Definitely look forward to using Kasa again.
