Great location for exploring the DC area
Publié le 14 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis apartment is down the street from a Metro stop that can take you any where in the DC area (granted a transfer might be needed). We chose it for the location and we were not disappointed! The apartment was clean, just as described. We would stay again.

Nice little apartment near metro
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis 1 bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed. It was near our son's place and a quick 5 minute walk to the metro. Although it was a busy road, the apartment was quiet. The kitchen was perfect to make breakfast. Grocery store was a 10 minute walk away. Everything was clean and worked well.

Awesome property
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect for a conference I had to attend in DC. Very short walk to the Virginia square metro. Safe. Convenient with the workout room, pool, automatic coffee machine in the lobby, washer/dryer in the unit. I used the water fountain in the workout room to fill my reusable water bottles. The barber shop next door was super convenient for my haircut. Only potential issue is the shower, seems to have pipes that aren’t secure. So be careful, slowly go from cold to hot. Otherwise you’ll get this super loud noise, that sounds like it could cause damage or bust if it is going for too long. But you can mitigate this at least. Also the TVs both had multiple streaming services that you could find something to watch.

Great place to stay!

It was a perfect location, just mins. away from the Metro. Metro was the way to go. We took it everywhere. Very simple and reasonable price. Only issue was problems with the hot water. Not enough. I loved the apartment, clean, stocked with everything you could need and just the right size. I would stay here again with no reservations.

Good stay in the Ballston area

There were some stretches of time where the owners were difficult to reach, overall, communications were good, especially once the rental period started.
