Hôtel mal tenu et très désorganisé. Ils n'avaient pas notre réservation ni celle du couple qui nous précédait, ni celle du couple qui nous suivait. La chambre ne contenait pratiquement pas d'endroit de rangement. Le mini frigo ne fonctionnait. Les portes étaient coinçées et difficiles à ouvrir et fermer. Le Wi-Fi n'arrêtait pas de se déconnecter. Le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun shampooing fourni etc.

We paid and they tried to tell us that we didn’t pay and on top of that used a different card than we had on file, had us call customer service and wait for a response. They took an hour. We just got off work with our child it was a convience yet they decided to try to push us away, as well as tried to make us pay again when money was already taken out of our account. Customer service couldn’t even contact the landline they said they had. Customer service stated that they weren’t a real hotel. They couldn’t be found on their website.

Room on line wasn't the room I stayed in and I wasn't accommodated nor apologize too for my inconvenience sleeping in one
Small uncomfortable bed when I book it for two.

This place needs a major renovation and could really use new staff members who really take the job series maybe they're not getting paid enough or maybe they just need new management
