Easy access NoMa apartment
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was perfect for us. We were visiting our daughter who lives two blocks away. Very convenient to the metro, Trader Joe’s, and Union Market . It was bigger than it looked in the pictures.

Enjoyable Stay!
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in DC at this beautiful VRBO. You would never know that there were people living above us since this basement apartment was so quiet. Everything was clean and organized with little extra items to make the stay more enjoyable. This place is located within an easy walk from Union Station. There are two major grocery stores also within walking distance. There are numerous restaurants available on H Street but truthfully we were a little disappointed with this due to so many storefronts not filled. If you walk up 4th street a little further there are additional selections of restaurants and breweries. Thank you for a wonderful time in DC.

Great Stay!

Within reasonable distance to Capital, Mall, etc. Scooters/bikes are at almost every corner to make things even easier. Very close to metro station. We hopped on a caught the Braves & Nationals game in Navy Yard and arrived within minutes. Very easy access to just about anything you wanna do whether you are walking, using bikes, or catching the train. Host was incredibly quick at responding. 10/10 recommend! The place was also well stocked with basically anything you would need - including tampons for the ladies who forgot to bring extra😅 the place was very clean and we’d stay here again if we find ourselves visiting DC again.

Super clean

We were within walking distance of all that DC has to offer. Great restaurants, trendy markets, all close by. I would definitely rent this place again. If cleanliness is something you look for, you won’t find anything better.

Great Stay with Our Family

We were looking for a place that we could park our car and then use public transportation for the rest of our stay and not stay far outside DC. It was so nice not to pay $50/night for parking like most hotels in the city. We also wanted a place where we could fix our own meals. This was the perfect spot for us! Parking and check-in was simple. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 pre-teens). Very clean. Great kitchen. Never really heard the owners upstairs. Less than a 10-minute walk to the NoMA metro. Close to several grocery options. Felt safe the entire time. Would highly recommend this spot to others and we'd definitely stay again when visiting DC.

Great, except the bed.

Comfortable and clean apartment in NoMa. Great for visiting the sited of DC
Publié le 10 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a super clean and comfortable basement apartment on NoMa- very convenient to getting to all the major DC sites. We took Uber mostly and it was very reasonable. 5 minute walk to Trador Joes and REI, also many other grocery stores. The owners live upstairs and were very friendly when they were sitting out on their porch. Would have been nice to have some outdoor space , although you can sit on the steps down to the unit. Highly recommend .

A cozy gem in NOMA
Publié le 3 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment is cozy and comfortable in a good neighborhood. It is about a 35 minute easy walk from the Capitol, and is convenient to restaurants, shops, museums, etc. I hope to stay there again soon!
