Nous aurions aimé être informé à la réservation que les appartements une chambre étaient obligatoirement en sous-sol et non après l’expiration du délai d’annulation. Pas de plat pour le four. Le bruit des conduites d’eaux usées est très désagréable, nous nous serions passés de savoir quand les locataires des étages allaient aux toilettes.

Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was great they let us use secured lockers for our luggage since we arrived a few hours early before check-in. Our room was fine, clean, it fit our needs. I was hoping for a floor with a nicer view out the window. We were on the LL floor - below 1. I felt like we were underground. So that wasn't my preference. Communication-wise, they were pretty quick to respond. I usually like to stay in places where there's someone at the front desk 24-7. This trip, the priority was to be close to the National Mall and museums on a budget for a 1-night stay. Overall everyone was nice - even the bus driver who took us to the national mall. Fairly close to DCA and access to restaurants. Didn't like the check-in process. Also the TV didn't work. Doris at the front desk was very nice.
