Extremely comfortable stay
Thanks so much for a truly great stay! The unit was very comfortable and included many thoughtful touches throughout that showed the hosts had really thought of everything. From a coffee station, clothes steamer, and chargers to extra supplies for each part of the suite, I had all I needed and more. I highly recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks again!

Even Better than Expected!
I was really looking forward to my stay in Arlington and this accommodation did not disappoint! The space is well cared for, clean, and so charming. My mom, who loves to take baths, was thrilled with the full sized tub and I was pleasantly surprised with all the toiletries provided in the bathroom and all the bottled water and coffee in the kitchen nook area. Arlington Cemetery Trip
I was familiar with the area having gone to elementary school in Falls Church, which is why I chose this property. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and on-site parking was very good and the garden off the apartment was really lovely! The only clue in the listing said the entry was on the side of the house, but it didn’t indicate or show pictures that it involved going downhill. My parting suggestion to the Host was to install a railing in their side yard as you start the descent to the stairs (with railings) to get down to their garden unit. It would be nice to have something to hold on to with luggage, but I managed.

Great Space
My husband and I visited the area to attend my daughter's graduation from George Mason. Very convenient location, near her home, the school, and various other grandkids! Bianka was great and answered the very few questions we had quickly. She is a great host, and the unit is very nicely renovated, private and clean.

Great visit
Owner did a great job setting up for their guests and even added nice touches such as fruit, pastries, oatmeal, coffee and tea, and water. The bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were soft. I loved sitting out on the private deck having a visit with family. I noticed noise coming from the avenue, however once the foliage blooms I can imagine it blocks most of the noise. Yard was nicely landscaped too. The sofa area was very comfortable for sitting and working. You do have to walk down a few steps to the entrance so it would not be ideal for someone with a cane. Location was spot on for where I needed to be. Nice neighborhood and walking areas. I felt safe during my visit there. I can imagine staying with them again. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Our stay was overall a great stay and our host Bianka was great, responsive and made sure we had what we needed. I will say you can’t control the air in the space so it was pretty stuffy. You have to ask the host to control the heat/AC. Also, important to note that the host though really great they live in the house. I felt the entire time that I was staying in someone’s house so I was not able to get fully comfortable nor feel like we had privacy. The location is great and close to everything in DC.

Everything was excellent , the space was cozy and clean. The area was nice and close to shops.
Loved it , beautiful atmosphere and space. One suggestion is to have a fan because it can get hot in the evenings . Also have something to protect the bathroom floor because the water can drench the floors. But overall it was great !

Perfect Spot in Arlington!
Staying in Bianca's VRBO was delightful! She is a lovely host who was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were very pleased with this home away from home. We were visiting in Arlington to see our sweet grandchildren and family whom we hadn't seen for over a year due to the pandemic. Bianca's home was only 1.3 miles from our family's home. This rental was comfortable, clean , well appointed and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space, a great kitchenette, a comfortable living room with two couches, fantastic air conditioning, a top of the line TV ( to enjoy the Olympics) and easy and safe parking right in front of the host' s home.It is within walking Ng distance of restaurants and grocery stores We will definitely stay with Bianca again when we visit our family in Arlington. I would say this was an exceptional stay ! Thank you, Bianca.

Bianka is a great communicator; anytime I had a question, she was quick to reply. The space is nice and quiet on a residential street...only a 5 minute drive to restaurants, a weekend farmers market, etc. The back patio is a highlight, I would say...quaint, shaded sitting area surrounded by trees and flowers. Enjoyed my stay!

This was a very nice and comfortable unit easily accessable off of 395. Property manager lives above this lower level walkout and was always responsive to our VRBO messages. There is no thermostat in the unit as it is controllled in the home above however we were never uncomfortable. would stay again!
