• Pool Access

- The pool is available only from May to September (from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
- Access is restricted to registered guests only. Each reservation includes two guests. Additional guests may be added for an extra fee.

• Towels & Linens

-Please note that we do not provide bath towels. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase them locally.

• HVAC System Information

- The HVAC system is centralized and operates in line with municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to promote environmental sustainability.
- Heating operates from October 15 to May 1.
- Air conditioning operates from May 15 to October 1.
- Between these transitions, the operation of HVAC is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

• Parking Guidelines

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
- To avoid towing, park only in designated spaces and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
- Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.

• Guest Screening Requirement

- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe environment, we kindly ask that you complete a guest screening process prior to your arrival.
