Et ils me donnent une chambre minuscule au bout du couloir avec le bruit de la climatisation impossible de fermer l'oeil chambre 246... Une catastrophe cet hotel... Coffre de ma chambre bloqué personne n'arrive à l'ouvrir j'ai du rester dans ma chambre à attendre le technicien... Un cauchemar

Merci pour votre avis détaillé sur le Dupont Circle Hotel. Je suis attristé d'apprendre que votre séjour parmi nous n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Je transmettrai vos commentaires à la personne appropriée. Je soulignerai également le coffre-fort dans la chambre car ce n'est pas un événement normal. Je suis vraiment désolé et j'espère que nous vous accueillerons à nouveau à l'avenir pour vous montrer que c'était une exception.

Excellent service et très belles chambres avec lits confortables. Excellents restaurants. Le personnel fait vraiment la différence dans à cet hôtel, tout simplement exceptionnel.
