Mon sejour etait excellent malgré les jeunes du bal de finissant qui criaient a minuit. L'endroit est magnifique et le service etait impeccable.

The tram was not running on Sunday so we had to walk to the Metro station and part of the way there were no sidewalks because of construction. We needed to know this beforehand!
Also the ad on Travelocity said our room would have a pull our sofa but it didn’t so one of us had to sleep in the floor.
Loud race cars in the middle of the night woke us up. And a noise coming from the windows like a loud clicking woke us up several times.

Gustavo, thank you for the outstanding rating of your stay with us at The Hotel at the University of Maryland. I apologize for the frustrating experience reaching the College Park Metro Station. In the rare instances in which we are not able to operate the hotel shuttle, we recommend guests to take an Uber or Lyft to the station rather than walking, both due to the distance to the station as well as due to the improvements taking place in the nearby Discovery District that have resulted in significant construction. We'll investigate the other issues you've mentioned in your review. I certainly hope you will plan to stay with us again the next time you return to the area.

The Hotel never disappoints. Clean, pretty, and convenient when visiting my Terp. But the best thing about the Hotel is the friendly and knowledgable staff. Thanks to them for always making us feel welcome and cared for.
