The bathroom door was broken when we arrived. After fixing it ourselves, it was difficult and heavy to move. There could be more counter space in the bathroom.

I loved my 4-night stay! The hotel has a nice vibe - it’s immaculate and welcoming. Housekeeping did an amazing job in keeping my room in perfect condition. Anna, one of the managers, had extra water sent to my room as soon as I told her that I needed more. My only complaint was that when I requested to stay an extra night and be offered the lowest rate, it turned out that it wasn’t, so I found a better price on my own. Other than that, I would highly recommend The Morrow.

Signage, layout and other factors that impact your stay were not considered in the design and build. It’s new which is great but there were several inconveniences with my stay that I’ve never experienced even at older hotels.
