Just What Was Advertised!

It was an amazing and easy stay. The only problem I had was the sink and toilet both clogged right off the bay and there was no plunger. Other than that it was nice & quiet.

Outstanding price, great location
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt’s not fancy, but it works great if you don’t need a kitchen. Listing said there was a hot tub but that turned out to be an error, which was disappointing. Host generally responded very quickly.

Listing shows pictures of bath/stand up shower. No hot shower whatsoever shown. Sorry to disappoint Matt who paid so little but expected so much more. As stated, my place is a basic set-up for a clean, safe, and cheap sleep!

Nice Accommodations for the Price

The neighborhood where the home is located is about half a mile from Pennsylvania Avenue, so getting to tourist attractions such as the White House and the Washington Monument is straightforward. While the blanket could have been thicker, overall this is a good place and I would stay again.

Excellent space for my trip to DC
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI was out at a workshop from 8AM to about 10PM. The property was in a nice neighborhood with driveway parking. The bedroom was clean with a dresser. The middle room had a sofa and some other seating and a book case with interesting books.. The small room leading to the bathroom had a mini-fridge and a small desk. The bathroom was small, but clean and functional.
Communication was clear, professional, with very quick responses. This is a great space for visit to DC when you expect to be out and about. There was no ability to cook.
