The cabin that we stayed in was pretty much just what I wanted. Not a lot of frills, but all the necessities. But it does have a nice jetted tub, that I took advantage of. I had wanted a quiet 3 days in the woods, where I didn't need to hook into the news or worry about chores, and that's what I got. The decor was rather old and dated, but that didn't matter to me. The thing I wish had been different was that on the reservation sites there are several pictures of the 11 cabins available, but really only one of each. So I had no idea which cabin I was getting, and the one we stayed in was right next to the office and other cabins around a parking area. It was okay, but there wasn't a lot of privacy. I would have rented one of the other cabins that was set in the trees, had I known. I would stay there again, but I would ask the property manager for a map before booking.

It might make it easier if i just put that map right on the site or something like that as well so guest can choose the cabin experience that best matches their wants and needs. It was also nice chatting with you and make sure you pop in to say hello if you come back to see us.

Cozy cabin. Clean and friendly checkin. Only complaint no soap in the bathroom.

Thank you! sorry about the soap! training a few new house keepers and we both must have missed the empty soap dish. You can always ask us for that stuff too at the office but the cabin certainly should have been stocked with it. Thanks for the review

It's a very quiet place, perfect for solitude yet close to the major attractions of Stowe.

Loved the peaceful cabin experience. The cabin itself was roomy and nicely finished. Very comfortable! The location was outstanding for being close to Waterbury and Stowe and the area. We caught the trees near their peak color as well during our stay. Would stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Loved how private the cabin was in the woods, but only a five minute drive from a major grocery store. Farmers markets everywhere, huge artisan coffee shop down the hill and 15 minutes from dining districts. We were able to see the stars clearly in the yard of the cabin, which was so fun.
The cabin itself was rustic and quaint, had all the basics including a propane heat unit and fully equipped kitchen. It was very clean and tidy, which was greatly appreciated.
The check in went very well, the owners were so patient and friendly. I would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed the privacy and the quiet location.
I know we didn't stay there to watch TV, but an expanded cable selection of channels(if available) would be nice. The choice of channels was limited.

I enjoyed this little cabin. In a nice rural setting, but close to many areas to keep oneself active and well fed!
